For our further development in Ukraine we are looking
for a skillful candidate to fulfill the position of Advertising
Manager.
Function:
- Builds up and maintains business plan within volumes,
turnovers, and budgets;
- Develops and supervises conducting promo-actions;
- Coordinates and controls printing process;
- Analyses and reports on progress developments and makes
recommendations;
- Supervises subordinates, appraises their performance and
motivates.
Requirements:
- Marketing Degree is desirable;
- 3+ years of work experience in a relevant position, preferably
with multinational company, advertising agency or print house;
- Excellent knowledge of English as well as Russian and Ukrainian
is a MUST;
- Good administration and communication skills, highly
responsible,pro-active and team player;
- Strong leader.
