    Main objectives of the job:
    • Provide transactional and operational support to UL Reward related processes
    • Administer UL Benefit scheme
    • Support to Reward ET by providing data for Remuneration Surveys
    • Ensure Reward SLAs sustained at agreed and desired level
    Responsibilities and tasks:
    • Provide data to Reward ET for planned and ad-hoc remuneration (salary and benefits) surveys
    • Provide operational and administrative support to UL internal processes: 
      • annual reward review;
      • VPA and other bonus schemes;
      • annual budgeting process; 
      • Service Award and Recognition program;
    • Communicate the guidelines, tools, details and required activities related to Reward related processes to Line-Manages;
    • Prepare individual notification letters on applicable reward changes and send them out to Line-Managers;
    • Generate and execute communications related to processes and changes to Reward policies and support ET as required;
    • Administer UL benefit schemes, e.g. mobile policy, car policy:
      • determine and apply benefits eligibility for the employee in accordance with UL rules
    • Administer and process ad hoc reward changes;
    • Administer voluntary insurance schemes (life and medical):
      • Administer 3-party contracts to ensure service is delivered at level agreed;
      • Communicate and coordinate with 3-party service providers to confirm eligibility, send the necessary interface files to the third party service providers, handle reconciliation issues as required
      •  Make purchase requisitions/purchase orders
      •  Consult UL employees on requires related to voluntary insurance
    • Consult UL employees on requires and issues related to Reward policies and procedures;
    •  Provide communication on Reward policy and processes to HR BP;
    •  Interact with Payroll team to ensure correct administration of benefits;
    • Perform Standard and ad hoc reporting
    • Regular update of Reward information on UL Service Page;
    • Maintain electronic and paper records of reward program actions for audit purposes;
    • Ensure Reward related KPIs are delivered.

    • HR Experience 1 years

    • Advanced computer skills
    • Good English
