Core
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Local and Regional Management Reporting: prepare regular
reporting and performance variance analysis; ad hock management
reporting; decision support -analysis and solution proposal;
preparing materials, reports, analysis ordered by top management;
checking the availability of the requested data from the
systems
- Planning Process: monthly forecast and yearly budget process-
designing controlling environment, tools, technology, timing, task
allocation, responsibility for data; support units in process;
reconciliation data on the regional level; arranging data entries
into the system
- P&L Analysis: conduct advanced analysis on revenue and
expenses; monthly review of actual data in controlling reports to
verify correctness of postings - proper amounts, controlling
assignment etc
- Controlling Support for Internal Processes – design and
maintenance of structures and objects (e.g. internal orders, profit
centers, cost centers, org-units, etc.); development and
implementation of finance and controlling related internal
process
- Conduct special projects
