Lawyer

Main responsibilities:

• Provide research, factual information, councel and guidance on legal questions or issues of the company
• Prepare memoranda and initial drafts of legal documents. Examines documents for legal sufficiency
• Prepare lease agreements
• Manage contracts with surveying and construction companies
• Provide legal advice to different departments of the company in administrative matters relating to personnel , property leases, etc.
• Monitor the changes in Russian legislation

Requirements:

• University degree in law
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience as corporate lawyer, preferably in retail
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Be fluent in English and Russian, including legal terminology
• Knowledge of corporate, civil, property, international law
