Senior HR Consultant,
People Services, Tax Department
(People Services group specializes in issues related to personal
taxation and employment related issues.)
Key
responsibilities:
- Participate in projects aimed to
consult major Russian and international companies in HR area (i.e.
HR and remuneration strategy development, diagnostics of HR /
motivation system, job evaluation and base pay structure
development, employee attitude surveys, people aspects of
transactions etc.);
- Take part in marketing activities
including preparation of presentations for conferences, leaflets,
brochures, articles;
- Get involved in preparing proposal
letters for clients;
- Take part in searching for potential
clients, maintain client database;
- Participate in business development
activity, showing initiative in building relationships with
clients;
- Coach junior
staff.
Qualification &
Experience:
- Higher education degree, HR
specialization will be a plus but not a must;
- 1-2 year experience in HR consulting
would be an advantage;
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of general
corporate HR policies and regulations;
- Good knowledge of Russian labor
code;
- Experienced PC user (MS
Office);
- Fluent written and spoken
English.
