    The role will include: 

    • Providing day-to-day 2nd line support to the SAP HCM (ECC 6.0) across 9 CIS countries, mainly in PA, PD and Payroll areas
    • Taking an active part in determining future developments of the SAP HCM system
    • Managing and participating to projects for new SAP HCM functionalities implementation.
    • Involvement in integration projects between SAP HCM and surrounding systems.
    • Managing SAP HCMinterfaces with surrounding business systems
    • HCM administration, configuration and testing as per business requirements.
    • Business processes analysis with documenting of functional specifications and changes in system configuration
    • Collaboration with Deloitte UK SAP teams
    • Supervising junior SAP HCM support team members.
     
    The successful candidate should have the following experience / qualifications:
     
    • At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation (holding a HCM orientated configuration role)
    • At least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM module and it’s interaction with other modules
    • Hands-on skills in all aspects of the support of the SAP HCM Module (especially PA, PD, Payroll)
    • Good understanding of Business Processes served by SAP HCM
    • Good knowledge of Russian Payroll
     
    Desired skills:

    • Experience of Production Application Support (2nd line) in blue-chip companies
    • Exposure to NetWeaver 2004s portal technology, ECC 6.0 and BW reporting functionality
    • Experience in business requirements gathering and documenting, BluePrint documentation
    • ABAP basics
    • Experience with an increased functionality through the use of user Exits
    • SAP Certified HCM Consultant
    • Industry knowledge of Professional Services or Partnership organizations
     
    Personal Qualifications:
     
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Economics, or equivalent education
    • Good command of written \ verbal Russian and English
    • Ability to work in a team, as well as individually and handle competing priorities.

    • Location: Central Moscow
    • Department: IT

    • Some international travel may be required: 10%-20% time.
    • Standard office hours are 8 hours per day, however a degree of flexibility is expected in order to meet Project deadlines and support requirements
