Purchasing Specialist (f/m)

The Global Purchasing at SAP was established as a
world-wide organization, leveraging the purchasing power of SAP as
a whole. The continuous improvement and maintenance of strategies,
methods and tools to manage global purchasing and supplier
management effectively is one of the major goals. Extending and
strengthen internal relationships and building win-win partnerships
with preferred suppliers is essential for making the Global
Purchasing Organization powerful and effective.
Tasks
- The Purchasing Specialist at SAP CIS is responsible for
optimizing strategies and operative tasks across multiple
purchasing fields. We put a special focus on the analysis of SAP’s
demand structure and saving potentials:
- Monitor the local supplier market, negotiate and manage
contracts within procurement
- Administration of the local purchasing processes
- Alignment of shared services within purchasing
- Creation of purchasing reports
Requirements
- Results-oriented, multilingual (Russian and English mandatory)
person with extensive purchasing experience
- Good communication skills are a must
- Negotiation skills, method and tool know-how as well as
analytical skills are essential
- SAP MM experience is a must/SAP SRM - beneficial
- Experience in Marketing/Facilities/IT purchasing is a plus
