Zone IS Performance Manager

Purpose of the job:

• Ensure implementation of zone IS performance management
• Ensure consistent and business-relevant service levels within zones across InBev are met while keeping control of cost and consumption
• Authorization, approval and control of IS-related solution changes

Accountabilities:

• CEE IS and global IS vendor performance tracking and management
• Ensure cost efficient supply of global vendor services and pricing
• Tracking and optimal consumption of global and zone vendor services
• Tracking and IS performance adherence to defined KPIs in Balanced Scorecard
• Resolution of any zone supplier performance issues
• Management of zone IS Service Catalogue
• Validation on any changes in global vendors and service providers
• Alignment with Global IS Performance Management
• Successful IS related solution changes and deployment at zone level
• Validation and approval of IS-related solution deployment plans, timeline, risks and impact from vendors
• Planning for IS and InBev business for known future IS-related changes
• Resolution of any conflicts between IS and InBev business that might arise from solution deployment and changes
