    Purpose of the position:

    • Implement the Global and CEE Reward and Target Setting & Cascading policies respectively design and implement the local Reward programs and policies in Romania. Communicate those programs, policies and the related processes to the employees and to the People and Line Managers in Romania.
    • Provide the Line & People managers with advice in individual reward and performance management matters.
    • Provide CEE Reward with information and advice about the Romanian labor market practices and the related applicable laws in Romania.
    • Assure that the Reward & Target Setting practices & administration in Romania complies with the local legislation and with the Global, CEE & local policies and guidelines Accountabilities:
    • Assure communication and implementation of the global / CEE reward policies (grading / salary / bonus / benefits) in Romania.
    • Design and – after approval - implement the local reward programs & policies in Romania
    • Advise the Romanian line & people managers in individual reward matters.
    • Advise CEE Reward on Romanian country specific reward practices and laws.
    • Co-ordinate & facilitate the target setting and cascading process in Romania assuring that as broad as possible scope of employees of InBev Romania gets individual targets on which they get regularly measured and rewarded.
    • Provide line managers with training and advice on setting SMART targets to their employees.
    • On the basis of the inputs of the line & people managers and on the basis of the applicable policies plan and measure and report the cost for the People Package.
    • Analyze the People Package vs actual cost and advise CEE HQ on the nature of the eventual variances.
    • Co-ordinate the processes relative to the data entry and the use of the SHARP application in Romania, assuring that SHARP is updated continuously.
    • Assure the full compliance and administrative efficiency of the Romanian reward practices to the local legislation, and to InBev’s local, CEE and global reward and target setting policies.
