Инженер технической поддержки(Technical Support Engineer(SDH))

Responsobilities:

• Investigate, isolate and drive SDH network problems
• perform Emergency Support covering 24x7 network outage restoration
• perform on-site support as required according to SLA
• perform network updates/upgrades according to related project plans
• contribute to regional(cross-country) Level2 support

Requirments:

• university degree in telecomunication or information technology
• strong telecomunication technology knowledge in one or more of areas - Optical SDH, DWDM, relevant ITU standart
• Knowledge of the SDH networks
• knowledge of HP UNIX, HP Openview and/or SUN Solaris, X-Windows environment and data systems (bridges, switches and routers)
• demonstrated experience in using various test and measurment equipment
• ability to learn effectively and quickly
• languages: Russian-native, English- fluent
