    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting team members in all administrative matters;
    • Answering and transferring telephone calls;
    • Arranging meetings (booking rooms, cars, organizing coffee or tea);
    • Assisting managers in preparation of contracts, different documents;
    • Coordinating all business trips and travel arrangements (booking tickets, hotels, cars, preparing travel expenses forms for Finance Department);
    • Assisting in organizing of departmental events;
    • Preparing Power Point presentations;
    • Performing other administrative duties. 

    Requirements:

    • Completed higher education (degree in linguistics is an advantage) or student of evening classes;
    • Administrative experience not less than half a year;
    • MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook experienced user;
    • Upper-intermediate level of English (both oral and written), native Russian;
    • Team member with strong interpersonal skills;
    • Time-management skills;
    • Energetic;
    • Stress-resistant;
    • Communicative;
    • Able to handle multiple tasks;
    • Ready to work overtime (overtime is paid).
