    Senior Leadership Development Specialist
     
    Main Purpose of the Role
    • providing local inputs on all talent management issues like: resourcing (attraction, selection, employer brand activities), Talent & Capability Building,  (career frameworks activations, Competency and functional skills implementation, MSF), Performance Management (appraisals systems) , Retention, Outplacament needs  etc.
    • ensuring that there's consistent activation of talent management strategies, systems, processes and policies in the country / cluster
    • activating global / regional solutions on the local market mainly (if necessary prepare tailored-made solutions) in terms of :
      • Employer Brand / company image building on recruitment market (and other global initiatives that will come like: MSF, new competency model etc) - both graduate, specialists, Mid-careers)
    • Capability Building (Functional Careers, High Potential identification and development programs, Functional Resource Committees)
    • Performance Management
     
    Main Accountabilities
     
    • lead discussions with local HRBPs in the country / cluster to gain insights into Talent Management issues / trends / challenges and their implications on the dynamics of the talent markets across the country
    • collect all the local inputs and sharing them on CEE European Level
    • develop local strategies and tools to the global / regional context
    • manage the implementation / activation of key Talent Management activities on the local market
    • ensure that all the solutions are activated / delivered across the country / cluster
    • be the first contact person for HRBPs in all Talent Management issues
    • act as Local Account Executive in all attraction activities with universities / schools / student organizations re.Graduate Recruitment
     Personal requirements
     
    • More than two years of experience in recruiting/learning/talent area
    • Multy-task ability
    • Marketing skills is advantage
