International Business/IT Consulting Company based in
Moscow.
We are seeking experienced IT professionals for
Manager/Senior Consultant position (IT Strategy and Management) who
have:
- University degree or equivalent
- 4-6 years in IT strategy related roles with experience of
IT leadership or IT management
- Strong background and experience in at least three of the
following areas: - IT Governance - Project Portfolio Management -
IT organization design and structure - IT budget responsibility -
IT performance assessment and transformation - IT product
management - Enterprise architecture strategies and assessment -
Sourcing and assessing IT products and services
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
leveraging information and technology
- Experience with IT organization design and management
principles/techniques
- Experience of defining or optimizing IT operations
processes and organizations, often using best practice such as ITIL
and COBIT
- Strong communication and team play skills
- Track record of increasing responsibility
- Willingness to assume manager positions
- Very good written and oral communication skills in both
Russian and English, including experience with executive-level
communication
In addition, ideal candidates will also have
experience in:
- Prior consulting experience, preferably in a large
consulting firm environment
- Leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge
across multiple industries
- Business process analysis, mapping, and
design
The role of Senior Consultant will focus on the
management/delivery of client projects. In your delivery role you
will:
- Plan and staff engagements and lead large
engagements
- Support the career development of others by acting as a
counselor to a group of consulting staff
- Develop efficient and effective operations to support the
business mission and strategy of the organization
- Integrate IT strategy with business strategy (through
greater innovation, risk management and operational
integration)
- Provide total service from collaborative strategy
creation to implementation of a framework designed to help achieve
high performance
