Experience: 5+ years
experience in SAP implementation projects, at least 1 full cycle
big SAP implementation project on the Solution Architect or
Integration Manager
A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly experienced
and motivated Integration Manager to join a young, dynamic project
team. Your role is to coordinate and lead the processes integration
within the internal SAP project for an exceptional Consulting
Company which is going through rapid growth in Russia and the CIS
and therefore looking to implement SAP internally to enable
business transformation.
Your key accountabilities are to
lead, control and
coordinate:
- Coordinate SAP design decisions across project
streams
- Identify and resolve areas of SAP configuration
anomolies
- Input into Business processes design
- Input into System testing
- Input into Data migration, design of
interfaces
- Review of relevant project documentation
(conceptual design, Blueprints, configuration manuals, test
scripts, user manuals)
- Input into Key and End-user training
- Team leading abilities
Scope and Deliverables include:
- Review of System Blueprint documentation
- Review of Configuration of SAP environment
- Review Development of system test scripts and
scenarios
- -Review of Cut-over planning for related
acivities
To be successful in this position you will be
an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with integration
management experience. Excellent communication and business
relationship building skills are a must.
A creative but structured individual who is highly
adaptable and forward thinking would be perfect. Modern ideas
combined with a youthful outlook on life is paramount. The
successful candidate will need to be innovative but still maintain
a strong delivery focus with outstanding project management
rigour.

- Well rounded business expertise and sound commercial
acumen
- Multi-country training project experience
- Strong team leading background, ideally within an IT and
business transformation environment
- Fluent Russian and English
The successful candidate must be prepared to travel as
