Deloitte CIS Moscow office currently has openings for
Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers in the internal SAP
ERP Implementation Team, which will implement SAP for Finance and
Engagement Management for Deloitte CIS.
The roles include:
- Manage the Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
design and implementation,
- Manage the Engagement Management design and
implementation,
- SAP configuration settings,
- Co-ordinate the functional implementation with the other
Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers, -Analyze and map
business processes with the SAP functionality, identifying gaps and
proposing process improvements and system work-rounds to achieve
the aims of the business,
- Responsibility for systems analysis, configuration
documentation, testing, interface and integration with other
modules.
The successful candidate should have as many of
the following as possible:
- Knowledge of local accounting, tax, depreciation, VAT and
reporting in compliance with Russian statutory regulations, and
other CIS countries,
- The ability to follow a structured and ordered implementation
approach and methodology,
- The ability to work in teams and adhere to strict deadlines,
with emphasis on problem solving and resolution, innovative
solutions and internal client satisfaction,
- Demonstrable knowledge of managing and maintaining a single SAP
instance serving several countries and regulatory requirements
within the CIS region,
- Higher education preferably in information systems technology
and business,
- 3-5 years experience in SAP configuration, business
re-engineering,
- Must have worked on 2 or more implementation projects,
- Experience with financial and management accounting business
processes,
- Experience in tax solutions is desirable,
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel,
- Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and
English.
