    A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly experienced and motivated Training Manager to join a young, dynamic project team. Your role is to deliver an exceptional training program for an exceptional Consulting Company which is going through rapid growth in Russia and the CIS and therefore looking to implement SAP internally to enable business transformation.

     

    Your key accountabilities include:

    • Develop, implement and manage a set of integrated training needs assessment, plans and materials covering all phases of the project, including planning the resource and budget requirements.
    • Provide specialist advice and assistance on training matters in relation to the project implementation, ensuring training solutions are targeted to meet the needs of the project, and the Regions across various user levels.
    • Partner with business process managers to agree job impact / gap analysis outcomes, and understand these implications for tailoring training material, and including the appropriate audience groups
    • Provide leadership throughout the project on all matters relating to training strategies and planning to support the successful implementation of the project, including managing and leading all members of the training team.
    • Develop, implement and maintain a suite of training related templates and materials.

    Scope and Deliverables include:

    • Training Strategy and Training Needs Assessment
    • Detailed Curriculum Plan
    • Detailed Training Workplan, Budget and Resourcing Model
    • Selection of Technical Writers
    • Training Materials including printing
    • Training Data and training environment requirements
    • Training Schedule including logistics, venues, equipment requirements
    • Training Delivery including Train-the-Trainer
    • To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Training Manager who has established and managed the development, delivery and implementation of ERP training programs within large complex change environments.
    • You will also have solid experience in training needs analysis, developing training strategies / plans, delivering training solutions and developing training material and managing a team of documentation specialists.
    • Excellent communication and business relationship building skills are a must.
    • A creative but structured individual who is highly adaptable and forward thinking would be perfect. Modern ideas combined with a youthful outlook on life is paramount. The successful candidate will need to be innovative but still maintain a strong delivery focus with outstanding project management rigour.
    • The following are skills and experiences are essential:
    • Well rounded business expertise and sound commercial acumen
    • Multi-country training project experience
    • Strong management background, ideally within an IT and business transformation environment
    • Experience in project management, budget management and resource management
    • Demonstrable advanced ERP usage eg. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards etc
    • Fluent Russian and English
    • The successful candidate must be prepared to travel as international travel may be required.
