The role will include
- Leading of development and
maintenance of internal applications for the Firm
- Establishment of
applications development framework for the Firm - standards and
process for architecture design, programming, release, and
technical documentation
- Acting as practicing
developer and architect - creation and enhancement of business
applications, mostly ASP.NET, MS SQL
- Management of application
development projects
- Management of team of
developers: 2-4 persons
The successful candidate should have the following
experience / qualifications
- Leading team of developers,
people management skills
- Establishing software
development process and quality control procedures
- Applications architecture
design
- Good knowledge of software
development standards
- Solid project management
skills
- Hands on experience in
ASP.NET
- Hands on experience in
database development on MS SQL server
- Hands on experience in MS
Reporting Services
- Hands on experience with
development for MS SharePoint Portal Server
Desired skills:
- Experience with
C#
- Experience with MS Workflow
Foundation
- Experience with MS BizTalk
Server
- Experience with XML/XSL,
COM/DCOM
Personal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent education
- 3-5 years of experience in
commercial software development on technologies required
above.
- 2-3 years of experience in
people management.
- 2-3 years of experience in
management of software development projects. Ability to demonstrate
results of these activities.
- Ability to effectively
translate business needs into technical solutions
- Good command of written \
verbal Russian and English
