Main objectives of the job:
- To ensure finished goods stock level at RDCs at agreed
level with providing agreed Customer Service Level.
- Is responsible for the execution of deployment parameters
input, stock levels analysis, deployment planning, and load truck
consolidation.
- To maintain Planning system for the category;
- Coordinate new activities in forecasting & planning
area to ensure launches into the market on agreed time;
- Coordinate import activities.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Responsible for planning process of in-house manufactured
product
- Maintain all deployment
Master Data for existing products
- Responsible for new activities (launches, re-launches,
promotions) Planning system work:
- Participate in innovation implementation
plans
- Collect information about new materials and provide
information for setting up the SAP planning system
- Put all necessary master data direct in planning
system
- Coordinate activities in order to launch the product on
the market at agreed time
- Responsible for Import Planning:
- Create a supply request or replenishment plan for import
product
- Monitoring dispatches, stocks & production
output
- Preparing Contracts & Annexes for import
suppliers
Personal Profile:
- Higher education
- Fluent English
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- SAP literacy is a plus
- Working experience: minimum 2 years
- Planning and operational background is a plus
- Drive and practical creativity
- Responsible / having ownership of the assigned
tasks
