Main objectives of
the job:
- Development and and Execution of Customer Marketing Plan
for MT (with focus on top 50) for the region in which he
activates
- To grow HPC / Foods categories in MT (with clear focus on
top 50) by creating specific brand/ category activities, optimizing
on the assortment, putting together selling stories and support the
MTAE/TSM in negotiations
Responsibilities and tasks:
- To identify growth opportunities for the MT customers
(with focus on top50) by optimising on assortment, merchanding,
planograms and pricing strategy implementation and promo plan
creation
- To give direction for sales team and main MT customers in
terms of monthly priorities and cascade down national activity plan
e.g. product launches, relaunches and delisting, activities
etc
- To work out / adopt, implement and monitor /
control CM Plans for top 50 customers in the region
- Consumer activities according to national priorities and
objectives– both national and tailor made (consumer contests,
lotteries, promo schemes, banded offers, gift packs, cross
categorial promos, etc)
- TTS activities according to the guideline – Consumer
Price Promotions, Extra Visibility, Trade Communication to
Consumer, Shelf space programmes, deals with customers
- POSM development & distribution according
Customers’ needs and Category manager guidelines
- In consideration with customers’ specific requests
(internal calendar / promo plan, openings, promo technologies,
promo requirements, etc.)
- To implement Customer Marketing projects and
programs in the regions
- To ensure the effective launches/ re launches of
new products by :
- impementing full launch kit adopted for MT for specifics
channels
- monitoring of new product listing – quantitatively and
qualitatively
- To prepare activities evaluations with deep analysis of
their impact on sales of customers
- To analyze EDGE results for top 50 customers in their
regions
- To share learnings from activities from their
region
- To ensure proper control, plan and spending of A&V
budget for CA customers in the
region
- To perform regular visits with TSMs/MTAE to customers
(focus on top 50)
- To know in detail their main MT customers in the region
(TO, listings, plans, objectives etc) as as KAM would know his
customer
- Prepare and deliver reports on the top 50 customers and
MT in general as per request

Personnel
Requirements:
- University degree
- Sales field or Tm experience in modern trade
channel
- Hardworking, vigorous, responsible and result-oriented
team-player
- Capability to work under pressure
- Superior communication skills - interaction with other
departments in the organization
- Good English
- Advanced computer skills – esp. Power Point,
