- Main Purpose of Job Participates in implementation
projects for the SAP solution or industry area
- Core Tasks/
- Responsibilities Preparation, conception, realization and
Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Delivery of expert and spot consulting
- I ndustry and process-oriented consulting with external and
internal customers
- Analysis and modeling of processes in the specific
area/industry
- Solution reviews to reduce risk and secure implementation
quality
- Performance of feasibility studies/project reviews
- Taking over responsibility from time to time as sub project
team leader
- Support of implementation projects and SAP Field Sales in
pre-sales activities
- Support of solution ramp-up (incl. knowledge transfer)
- Support product development and quality management
activities
- Lecturing in SAP Education Center
Profile requirements:
- Education
- High technical or economic education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years IT work experience in the specific
environment
- At least 3 years of SAP implementation and/or solution
design
- Professional experience with extensive mySAP ERP (FI)
knowledge
- The candidate should have implementation experience of
budgeting processes on the basis of SAP R/3
- Project management experience is preferable
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Russian accounting system and tax legislation
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning concepts
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership
- Analytical way of thinking, good communication skills,
responsibility
- He or she should be an active team player with strong
communication and relationships-building skills, capable and
willing to take responsibilities
- He or she should be results-oriented and have a high potential

- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
